We want you to be happy with your item! If your jewelry needs repair, there is no charge for jewelry purchased within 90 days. After 90 days, there is a minimum $10 repair charge depending on the type of repair, plus shipping costs. Contact us for adjustments to length or size. |

If you are unhappy with your jewelry, you may return it for a refund by contacting us within 10 days of shipping date. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee for each returned item. Kindly contact us before returning the item so that we may expect it. You may also exchange the item. You are responsible for shipping charges when shipping the item back to us. |

Shipping will be by US Postal Service regular mail. Shipping starts at $3.75 and there is a $1.00 charge for each additional item purchased. You will be notified in advance if for some reason there are any additional postal fees. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us. |
